I abhor email. It really has become the most overused piece of technology in last two decades.
The good news is there are a few tech start-ups coming to our rescue and the one that’s the easiest to get started with is Trello.com. It allows you to organise yourself and teams with a Kanban type arrangement of tasks. The integration is quite good so you can sign in with Google and link to your Google Drive account. It’s great for organising Dev teams or keeping track of work tasks that bounce between people. There are other great products (Asana and Slack to name a few) but these take quite a bit longer to get into and most of the people I meet already struggle with using cloud based apps, so Trello is a great toe in the water.
